Pelaspas Dharmawangsa is a place at Dharmawangsa, South Jakarta area. You can find some cafes here, they're a But First Coffee, Taco Local, SNCTRY, etc  If you're having a problem finding it, Bao Ji is located next to Plataran Darmawangsa and both are located on Dharmawagsa Raya street. I love this petite cafe with a good natural lighting nearby the mini bar. The interior was smart mixture of retro, chinese heritage and indonesian, they were such a beautiful combination. 

Green Thai Milk Tea IDR 25.000,-

I found the Iced Green Thai Milk Tea was very refreshing! Generally talking, it's lovely balance of  sweetness, the milk and the green tea taste. I had no problem or complaint about it because all well blended with IDR 25.000,- only, very affordable price in this size. Recommended to order!:) 

Panko Belly IDR 60.000,-

Actually it's a pretty presentation of a deep fried pork belly with purple dressing from taro puree. But, it's not my favourite dish,

Roast Pork Belly IDR 39.000,-

I would say I like their Roast Pork Belly. Steamed bun with roast pork belly, cracklings, hoisin and goma dressings. It's toasted perfectly, it's soft, but still has lil bit of chewiness. The roast pork belly was tender with crispy pork crackers and hoisin sauce. Overall taste was great. 

Overall, I had a good experience with a yummy steamed bun pork belly, fast service, decor was chic and prices are reasonable. Really good. and I'll definitely go back for craving a light meal.:)

SINSA RAMYUN

An eye-catching yellow ramyun eatery is in the town! This is "SINSA RAMYUN", another ramyun eatery that serving Korean instant noodle. They have two outlets at Muara Karang and Kemang area. Both outlets are just the same but Muara Karang outlet serves Pork and Kemang outlet serves no pork and no lard.

About few weeks ago, i've visited at Kemang area. The place is quite easy to find, just next to "LIN Artisan Ice Cream" and actually that's an old place that has been transformed from burger eatery to ramyun eatery. Kemang outlet has a spacious place and supported with live music performed on the weekend.

Mango Blended IDR 38.000,-

Sorry for bad lighting, but trust me this is highly recommended to order! Huge size to share and tasty mango blended with milk. So worthy to try, guys! YUMMMM...THANKS for refreshing my day off.:) 

Galbi Ramyun Dry with Beef Ribs IDR 54.000,-

I love this dry version of Korean ramyun with melting yolk and beef ribs. It has a nice elastic texture of Korean noodle and the toppings really made the combined flavors popping in my mouth. Just added the chili sauce to make it more enjoyable.:)

Galbi Ramyun Soup with Sliced Beef IDR 54.000,-

Additional Cheese IDR 10.000,-

This one is instant noodle topped with sliced beef in beef flavor soup and we added melted cheese on the top. But, It's out of my expectation, because I couldn't taste that cheese, it's quickly dissolved inside the soup.:( 

Overall it's a good place if you're craving for Korean instant noodle in a small portion!:D Delicious bowl of Ramyun, cold beer and live music is a perfect combo to enjoy your weekend at "SINSA RAMYUN - KEMANG."

THE HOOK

I passed this spot that still under construction in few months ago. YES.."THE HOOK" is a new  in Senopati area, located the right side at Jl. Suryo, Senopati. You’ll spot the building with a large enough space with a large parking area, high ceiling and good lighting because full of glass windows. I bet the place would look better with sunlight coming through those giant glass windows.;) 

This place's designed with minimal decoration and mural on the brick wall. The special menu here is serving finest fusion seafood cuisines with their the best Grouper from Arafura Sea.  So, when we're getting bored with pasta or steak menu as usual, "THE HOOK" could be another option for dining experience. :)

The Hook Aglio Olio IDR 89.000,-

Here's the new style of Aglio Olio with Groupers on the top in decent portion! The grouper was delicious but the pasta was too dry for me. This should be made more oily.

Fisherman Fried Rice IDR 55.000,-

This is the winner of the day. It's not an ordinary fried rice like usually. Fisherman Fried Rice served with sunny side up, prawns, vegetables and tomatoes slices, also Indonesian crackers that's "Emping Melinjo". The fried rice was well cooked and taste was bold. This one became my favourite fried rice besides the Flagship Rainbow Rice from "TYPOLOGY".:) 

Lemonade Pineapple Smoothies IDR 35.000,-

Nothing much from this one. Just an ordinary freshly cold beverage but it's not my favourite, maybe should try the other option. 

Overall, this place is a good idea for lunch, dinner, or having a special event with your family or friends.  FYI..they have a private room also, so it's a good alternative for private gathering. So, are you ready to get HOOKED with the Finest Grouper from Arafura Sea?:)
